Spiritual coaching is a holistic, heart-centred approach to coaching that is sourced from a place of love, holding space for people within a non-judgemental and safe environment. I offer tools, techniques and practices for self-healing in order to provide resources that empower people and allow people to feel resourceful after healing sessions.

Heather is a Reiki Master and Shamanic practitioner who weaves together healing techniques that promotes balance within the whole system – physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. These are natural and safe methods of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can benefit from, returning vital energy and restoring personal power. Heather’s focus is on healing from a place of wholeness, enabling individuals to be unapologetically themselves.

Heather has completed spiritual training around death and dying including The Journey of Death and Dying and The Red Tent End of Life course. She is trained in Psychopump (Greek term meaning ‘leader of souls’) and gracefully supports people and their loved ones at times of transition. Heather has supported people to live joyfully whilst dancing with death and has worked with many people living with cancer and other long term conditions.

Through The Wise Hippo Birthing Programme, you are taught how to become an expert in relaxation. We believe that a positive birth experience is a state of mind, it’s not necessarily defined by what happens during labour and birth but rather, by how a woman feels about her baby’s birth. Every woman (and indeed every couple) have unique needs, wants and concerns about their baby’s birth and therefore Heather teaches with this in mind.

Breathwork is a simple yet incredibly powerful technique that can be used to dissolve the physical and emotional knots we carry within us and allow us to eliminate negative patterns that are creating suffering and stagnation in our lives. Breathwork can safely and profoundly release tension and trauma held within the body and create a profound healing opportunity so that people can move forward and take the light of the world into their hearts.
